Let’s face it , inmates: men like having and managing their own property. A man likes to stride around his property line, protect it, and nurture it. We cut trees, we cut brush, and we mark our territory.
And nothing tells the world I mean business on my property like my Husqvarna 580BTS back-pack leaf blower. The robust growl the Husqvarna makes on ignition startles the birds from the trees, and at full 7200 rpm it’ll blow a black walnut off my driveway hard enough to go through the neighbor’s shed. What I like best though, is that everyone who lives around me knows I’m out and I’m powerful. I know for a fact that even a person napping on their basement couch two blocks away can hear and feel the Husqvarna’s 4.3hp and 206mph airflow power.
Inmates, life isn’t about keeping your driveway and lawn free of every wayward leaf and speck of dust (you can hire immigrants to do that), it’s about showing your neighbors that your ownership of space doesn’t stop at your property line. With the right combination of noise and determination, your personal space will not be limited by boundaries and walls.
